the requirements for PN Cadets joining the Pakistan Navy in 2022
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility requirements in order to join the Pakistan Navy. The details of each branch’s age, height, and education are listed below.
Cadet PN
The only gender is male.
Age ranges for civilians are 1612 to 21 and for candidates for military service are 17 to 23. (as on 1st July 2023)
Relationship status: single Height: 5 feet 4 inches (162.5 cm)
(F.Sc./I.Cs./O.A. Level) Intermediate Qualification
A certificate of equivalence is required from O/A Level candidates.
Candidates for the F.Sc. Part-II may apply if they received at least 65% in Part-1.
However, they are required to present a hope certificate signed by the dean of the pertinent college or institute.
By January 1, 2023, the F.Sc./HSSC equivalent exam must be passed.
Selection Process:
The relevant PNR&SC will make the entrance test date announcement via their website.
Computer-based testing (or “e-testing”) will be conducted on the following test subjects:

Only candidates who successfully completed the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and preliminary medical/interview at their respective PNR&SCs will be contacted. The following are the PET standards:

The nearest Pakistan Navy Recruitment and Selection Center is another location where candidates can register.

Application forms will be handed to candidates who successfully complete the preliminary medical exam, interview, and physical efficiency test (PET).
Only those who have been duly shortlisted for a test or interview will be invited to the ISSB.
Candidates who have received an ISSB recommendation will have their medical exams at the closest CMH or Naval Hospital.
The ultimate choice will be made by Naval Headquarters based on merit.
Before showing up for the medical examination, candidates are encouraged to have their teeth professionally cleaned and their ears waxed by a specialist physician.
Prospects
After two years of training, a permanent commission will be given, and after successfully completing the fundamental training, one of the following degrees will be given:
Operational Branch: BS (Maritime Sciences)
engineering marine degree (Mechanical)
Engineering for Weapons: BE (Electrical)
Division of Supply: BS (Supply Chain Management)
Note: Selected officers may be sent abroad for MS and PhD studies depending on their aptitude and academic achievement.

Ineligibility
withdrawn for any reason from a military academy or training facility.
Dismissed for disciplinary reasons from any bonded college or institution of the Armed Forces.
Tests were administered for selected candidates throughout a one-year validity period (the ISSB/GHQ/NHQ/AHQ Selection Boards’ validity period is one year).
120 days after the previous ISSB appearance, four months later (for candidates rejected by ISSB).
Resigned from government service, including military duty, and was dismissed, removed, barred, or removed
He was found guilty of a moral turpitude violation in court.
